Our Atlanta/Midtown office is currently seeking Staff to Senior level Structural Engineers with concrete materials focus.

 

Typical Responsibilities:Structural Engineer to review/execute technical projects, write proposals, manage projects and meet sales goals for local, regional and/or national clientsBusiness development: existing market presence/client base preferred (senior level position)Project management: maintain technical quality and profitability of projects

 

Typical Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Civil, Structural or Materials Engineering (concrete focused); Masters degree preferred0-2 years experience for Staff level position; 3-6 years experience for Senior level position Prior experience working with concrete required; stone & masonry a plusEIT and/or PE in State of Georgia or ability to obtain within 1 year, preferredPreparing scope of work and pricing (proposal effort) for materials engineering projectsClient management and business development responsibilities in a consulting environmentManaging project budget, schedule, and technical quality of projectsGood written and verbal communication skillsInitiative to interact with clients on a regular basisSelf-motivating to meet individual goals and maintain accountabilityAbility to multi-task and work in a team environmentPeriodic visits to construction or work sites to perform inspectionsMust pass drug test, MVR and background check
