Selected individual will develop the company suppliers and suppliers’ processes to prevent defects and improve the quality of our parts, processes and products. Will assist Purchasing and other internal customers to meet objectives and engineering requirements in acquiring high quality materials from suppliers.  

Qualified candidates must have a 4-year technical degree. Knowledge of ANSI-Y14.5, geometric dimension/tolerance, mechanical components inspection methods and composite manufacturing with the ability to teach SPC, problem solving, mistake proofing and inspection techniques is required. Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally. An ASQ Certified Quality Engineer/Quality Auditor and a certified Black Belt is desired.  Prefer experience in composites, machined metal, die casting, injection molding or textiles.
