Systems Development Analyst: SAP MMPP Configuration

 

Job Requirements

 

Lincoln is looking for a motivated and results oriented individual with six to eight years of experience in SAP Materials Management and Production Planning (MMPP) in an SAP 4.6C or higher environment.  Individual is expected to work independently with project progress and results being monitored intermittently.  Must be able to analyze, design, document, configure, test, train users and implement programs and systems using prescribed standards.  Experience in supporting SAP implementations and upgrades is required.  Complete understanding of SAP cross-module interdependencies is required. Assigned to the most complex project or to several less complex, but challenging projects, to determine ways in which the Company can realize optimal benefits most expeditiously.  Provides development and maintenance support of application systems for production planning, production execution and supply management departments. 

 

Experience in the following areas is a plus: SAP SCM, APO and/or SRM, Inventory Control and/or leading projects. 

 

Ability to travel internationally on SAP implementations is a must.

 

Bachelor’s degree in information science, computer science, manufacturing operations or equivalent, relevant experience.

 

Excellent communication skills.  Ability to convey technical ideas convincingly so they can be understood by non-technical people.  Excellent listening skills coupled with unfailing retention.  Outstanding organizational skills.  Superior writing skills and reporting skills.  Good overall knowledge of SAP’s ASAP methodology.
