Systems Integration Services Manager

You will manage engineering resources responsible for the system integration and installation of complex computer-controlled servo-hydraulic test systems used for durability and performance testing of ground vehicles.  Other responsibilities include: Collaborates with marketing and product management developing and implementing product development support and service offerings.  Monitors process quality and continuous improvement efforts for functional area. Initiates process improvement programs including new methods and/or processes to improve productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction and cost.

 

To qualify, you must possess Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years experience in a complex, technical environment.  Durability testing experience and knowledge of MTS Remote Parameter Control (RPCÔ) software preferred. Must have demonstrated the ability to drive change and continuous improvement across a broad level/scope. Ability to build relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and build consensus among a large group. Poised, professional, ability to interact easily with others both internally and externally. Proven ability to successfully solve complex business and technical problems. Understanding of international cultures from a business perspective,  and the ability to interact comfortably with a global workforce. Presents a strong customer service orientation in a highly visible role to the customer.
