 About the Opportunity

Crown Solutions is seeking a Technical Assistant, located in our Vandalia, OH headquarters.  The Technical Assistant will support multiple facets of the Technical Department.  The general tasks include administrative support for seven people, organization, materials tracking/coordination, and data collection.

· Technical Library:  Organize; scan to searchable PDF; point person for information requests

· Equipment Management:  Tracking, shipping, coordinating repairs for dissolved oxygen meter, flowmeter, corrater, benchtops, and pilots

· Training:  Preparation of training materials; scheduling; organization; track individual’s needs; question set schedule; testing

· MSDS’s:  Create, manage, distribute.

· Lab Analysis:  Manage PO’s; send/receive samples; communication with associates and labs

· Materials List:  Manage; track; distribute materials

· Lab:  Inventory; reagent & supply reordering; manage access to lab; receive and label samples; ship samples to field employees

· Product Management Assistance:  MSDS’s; contact information; field communication; product bulletin management

· Data Reporting:  Tracking reverse osmosis information and developing data reports

· Exposition & Company Meeting Support:  preparation; scheduling; organization

· Admin:  Report and proposal preparation, shipping, organization

· Marketing:  Sales bulletin inventory and management, tradeshow support, publication assistance, PowerPoint, promotional items.

Job Requirements

 

· 3+ years experience

· Some college

· Science or engineering background

· Exceptionally proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Highly organized

· Strong communication skills
