Job Description


Looking for people who have electronics experience or knowledge that would enable them to perform the following:  Electronics repair work that involves troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment down to component level.  Electronics repair experience is a plus but not a necessity! Job Purpose:

 

Troubleshoot, repair, and test broadband telecommunications electronic equipment to board and component level.

 

Duties:

 

* Verifies broadband telecommunications equipment is working to technical specifications.

 

* Corrects any defects found in equipment using various test equipment and hand tools.

 

* Enters detailed work information into PC for billing and tracking purposes.

 

* Able to work in production atmosphere while maintaining quality standards.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

 

Technical Understanding, Broadband Telecommunications Knowledge, Mechanical Aptitude, Minimum computer skills, Attention to Detail, Adaptable, Fast Learner, Quality Minded, Self-Motivated, Able to work Independent of Supervision, Willingness to Learn, Excellent Work Ethic, Electronic Experience or Vocational Experience is a plus.
