Quickparts, Inc. is seeking to fill the position of Territory Accountant. The Territory Accountant will handle the day-to-day accounting tasks associated with particular customers (based on a geographical area/territory). The key AR & AP responsibilities will include:

 

 Manage orders/projects, including bookings (record revenue and cost of goods sold).Record vendor bills (suppliers and shipping.Create customer invoices and review other team members’ for accuracy.Reconcile vendor bills for bi-monthly period close.Handle customer (internal and external) issues and requests.  Play a key role in collections efforts, including working with Sales and Operations to collect on challenging accounts.
