Test Development Engineer, Sr
As a Senior Test Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of DFT features, test coverage analysis, and advanced test methods for high-speed transceiver and various analog circuits. You will work with analog and digital designs to develop test methods and test automation flows that meet testing requirements. Methods may include BIST, custom vector generation, external measurements, and parametric test.
The successful candidate’s minimum qualifications will include the following:MSEE or equivalent3 years of experience in the areas of analog circuit design or testingExperience in one of the following is required: high-speed link testing, high-speed signal integrity, or analog circuit design
