Responsibilities

 ATE product and characterization test program development on hp83000/hp93000 pattern conversion from WGL and VCD pattern filesScan pattern conversionSerDes ATE test New silicon validation and debug on ATETest program correlation and release to productionTest program documentation and characterization reportsYield enchantment and RMA analysisHigh speed hardware designTest sockets selectionInterfacing with design teams and feedback on DFT and product testabilityInterfacing with mass production teamCorrelate bench test with ATE test and assist on bench test if needed

 

Requirements

 Minimum of 5 years related experienceMinimum of BS in EE; Physics or Computer ScienceGood knowledge of HP83000ATEGood knowledge of SerDes and high speed interface testGood knowledge of hardware designPattern conversionBench test experience is preferableC or C++ knowledge
