My client is dedicated to developing best-in-class assured communications TM products, systems, and services. Test Engineer III- Rochester, NY- 93126 Summary of Responsibilities: Responsible for designing, developing and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, complete specifications and procedures for new and existing products. Develop test software using LabVIEW. Develop and document test hardware and software using computer based tools.   Required Skills: BS degree in engineering field required with a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience. Must be a self starter, and able to work successfully with minimal supervision. Must be able to interface with engineering for resolution of product design issues. Must be able to continuously test process improvement through the monitoring of test process efficiency such as: test yields, defects per unit, test cycle times and average troubleshoots times.
