Tier 1 Technical Customer Service Rep

By documenting complete and accurate customer information you will dispatch the appropriate IT service providers via telephone, fax, email or radio. Your follow through on service requests requires precise documentation and the ability to delegate escalating concerns to appropriate management. Excellent communication skills as well as a positive attitude are critical to the success of this position. A minimum of 2 years customer service related or property management experience, preferably in a fast paced, multi faceted environment is highly desirable.  Basic technical support knowledge including network, remote desktop and Windows OS troubleshooting abilities are required.
