TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR

 

Sandvik Coromant, a world leader in industrial cutting tools, is seeking a Training Administrator to work in our Productivity Center for the Coromant division in Fair Lawn, NJ. 

 

The Training Administrator is responsible for the administration of training programs, training aids, sales support and logistics of catering and hotel accommodations for guests.  This individual is also responsible for secretarial duties in assisting the Training Manager in implementing the Productivity Training Center activity calendar.

 

Key Performance Areas include:Track and keep records of all personnel regarding their training statusAdminister internal and external training programs to include travel arrangements and cateringAdminister the use, repairs and maintenance of audio/visual equipmentAssist company’s personnel with the operation of all AV equipment and ensure that it’s working properlyKeep records of all consignment machines in the labMaintain maximum/minimum stock levels of all AV aids and supplies and administer lending library to personnelAssist field sales force in arranging Sales training blinders Take part in training programs such as company introduction, plant tours, etc.Handle all travel and hotel arrangements for trainee attendees and guests of the Productivity Center Maintain schedules for reservations for the training room’s equipment usage

 

Your Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess at least a high school diploma and/or two year Technical School, a background working in an Administrative Support role, excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and solid typing skills. Solid written and verbal communication skills, outstanding planning and organizing skills, and the ability to work independently are necessary.

 

Must have valid Driver’s license.
