Training Specialist

Bachelors Degree preferred plus 5 plus years experience training as a DOE instructor.DOE Experience preferredUS Citizenship required. Job Description : Provide nuclear training services to the ARP project to include (but not limited to) training program analysis, design, development, implementation/instruction and evaluation.Must be able to develop (new), revise (existing), instruct, and evaluate current and emergent training needs in a timely and proficient manner.Will also be asked to perform Job and Task Analysis (JTA) revalidation and overall program revision for DOE O 5480.20A qualified positions at non-reactor nuclear facilities.Must have expert level JTA skills and knowledge of DOE O 5480.20A qualification and certification requirements with demonstrated high performance.Must also have demonstrated performance in instructing nuclear training (waste operations training preferred) in a DOE environment. : : EOE M/F/D/V
