Transit Business Line Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Participates in the on-going strategic planning and business development of the transit business line. Undertakes client research and tracks leads necessary for strategy and market development. Manages the proposal and interview process. Executes production of proposal, SOQ, and collateral materials. Maintains the marketing information system and client contact program. Assists in the creation of a transit business line marketing budget and reports to DEA's Transit Business Line Leader. Offers strategic input on the transit business line marketing plan and coordinates marketing plan development. Assists in the recruitment for key transit staff. Supports DEA's brand, vision, values, and core purpose.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or related field
· 6+ years of experience in the A/E or related field
· Must be organized, detail-oriented, and work well under tight deadlines
· Must have an excellent grasp of marketing theory and practice
· Able to travel as necessary
