Conducting analyses and preparing traffic impact/access studies, corridor/subarea transportation studies, parking and safety studies and EIRs/EIS’ for a wide variety of public and private sector projects ? Oversight of fieldwork associated with studies, data collection and assessments ? Design of traffic calming measures including roundabouts and enhanced crosswalks. ? The ideal candidates possess a BSCE or BS degree in Civil/Traffic Engineering or Urban Planning; requires transportation planning or traffic engineering experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and experience with microcomputer applications within the field of traffic operations (such as Synchro, SimTraffic, Rodel, HCS, VISSIM and AutoCAD). At the more experienced levels we seek project management experience.
