AECOM Enterprises, Inc. delivers expertise in Public Private Partnerships (PPP) for AECOM.  Our mission is to be the primary strategic and professional service provider to developers, financiers, owners, and other key players in the PPP market.  With projects across the Americas, Europe and Asia, AECOM Enterprises draws upon the staff and resources of AECOM to deploy the best-available, globally experienced talent. Our current focus is supporting all aspects of toll road concessionaires including project coordination of major pursuits, traffic and revenue forecasting, and capital and operational expenditure forecasting. Candidates shall possess a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in an analytical field (engineering, applied math, economics, business, commerce, finance etc) and have 4-8 years of relevant experience in the following areas: (1) investment grade traffic and revenue forecasts for toll roads or patronage and revenue forecasts for transit projects financed by the private sector; (2) financial feasibility studies for publicly-funded transportation projects; (3) utilization of spreadsheet, database and transportation modeling applications to manage data and development relationships and models; and (4) analytical risk analysis. Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills; be detail-oriented; produce accurately and timely work products, and be comfortable working in a team environment. Primary responsibilities include technical leadership of: (1) survey design; (2) data collection and management; (3) preparation/review of investment-grade traffic and revenue forecasts; (4) benchmarking and literature review; (5) client liaison; (6) report writing and presentation of results; (7) mentoring and direction of junior staff; and (8) assist in the preparation of business development proposals outlining the work and budget required to complete prospective projects. Due to the diverse geographic nature of our projects and our clients, opportunities for travel are available.EOE.QualificationsExcellent attention to detail, accuracy, and schedule.Sound foundation in comprehensive traffic and revenue demand analysis.Excellent oral/written communications skillsA world of opportunity
