We are seeking an Engineering Director to provide full life cycle engineering leadership, to advance the state-of-the-art, in a multi-discipline, new product development team environment. Responsible to support development and executes direction on product and business strategy, operational execution of engineering design and development of x-ray products including software development. This position will direct a group of over 50 top-notch mechanical, electrical and software engineers to accomplish these goals.Requirements:BS in a technical discipline or equivalent; MS degree and / or MBA are desired 15 plus years of experience including successful management of engineering groups Proven ability to establish and manage design & development processes that reliably meet aggressive schedule demands is a must Position requires mastery of lean design for manufacturing/assembly techniques Experience with X-Ray equipment and the security market are preferred US citizenship required; secret clearance and DoD experience preferred
