Water Resources Practice Leader - Civil Engineer

One of the most respected national consulting engineering firms is looking for a Regional Practice Leader for their water resources, stormwater management practice.  You have experience working with large and small municipalities solving runoff problems, doing master planning and modeling. You understand the hydrologic cycle and know how to help a local government plan and assess their need and design systems. You’ll be responsible for a staff of 15 engineers in 4 offices and will be expected to manage a large backlog as well as grow the practice. You are a hands on engineer who is a technical resource and has experience working with and mentoring Junior Staff.

 

Job Requirements:  Must have a BS Civil Engineering and a PE.  You have at least 8 years experience working for a consulting engineer. Your experience will include a well rounded water resources background working with municipalities in the mid-west as well as the Corps of Engineers and state water resource agencies.  You understand the hydrologic cycle, you have experience helping clients assess their need, plan and design systems, establish a stormwater utility and even help set rates.
