ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Operation of light duty winding machines, and some operation of heavy duty winding machines, and read blueprint specifications 2) Feed specified wire onto the winding machine 3) Wind wire according to blueprint specifications 4) Set up winding machines 5) Ability to work with little supervision and receive minimal detailed instructions 6) Ability to produce at high quantities and quality as judged by the supervisor 7) Other duties as assigned by supervisor EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Basic reading and writing skills generally acquired through a high school education or equivalent SKILLS: 1) Ability to read fairly complex blueprints, winding specifications and schematics 2) Ability to do soldering and brazing 3) Ability to work with small hand and power tools 4) Good finger and hand dexterity 5) Understanding of transformer fabrication 6) Ability to operate light and some heavy duty winding machines 7) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds ______________________________________________________ Need flexibility in your work schedule?
