Work Plan Coordinator

Foth Infrastructure & Environment LLC, a nationally recognized, employee-owned engineering firm, is seeking a Work Plan Coordinator for our Des Moines, IA location. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESWill be responsible for drafting and monitoring the status of client contracts, subcontractor agreements, and historical project cost data  Also, this position handles drafting and maintaining the Project Planning Document (PPD), information system set-up and administration, file coordination, invoicing, and monitoring/analysis of the project schedule and budget.  Will need to provide support for proposal and report preparation, filing, and other routine office tasks as well as other non-technical project responsibilities, as delegated by the project manager. 

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or BusinessProject accounting and writing skills.Must be detail oriented and accurate.Use of word processing and spreadsheet software (MS Office- Word, Excel.)General office skills (Fax, photocopying, filing, etc.)Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.

·  Experience with billing/invoicing, customer service functions

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDeltek Vision softwareFamiliarity with Project Management accountingProject management support experience in a Civil Engineering consulting firmExperience in producing or assisting with proposals and contract preparation.
