Workload Administrator

The primary responsibility of this position is to maximize workforce efficiency and productivity to ensure that preventative maintenance and repair of Nicor equipment and vehicles is completed cost effectively.  This role will be responsible for taking  a more global look at the departmental workload and manage resources accordingly to meet key performance objectives.

Position Responsibilities:
• Maximize workforce efficiency and productivity through detailed planning and scheduling of preventative maintenance and repairs of Nicor vehicles and equipment
• Supports the fleet management team and business units by developing reports and providing information related to fleet costs

Required Experience or Degree(s):
• Associates degree or relative work experience
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, prioritization and interpersonal skills

Preferred Degree(s), Skills and Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Business or Logistics
• Experience in Crystal Reporting
