Utilizing business development techniques, this candidate will develop relationships with local clients by prospecting and cold calling to uncover their specific staffing needs. Position PurposeAn Account Manager is a true hunter. The Account Manager is responsible for selling and developing staffing opportunities within an assigned territory, by offering a full range of Engineering staffing services. The Account Manager is held accountable for personal production while contributing to the overall success of the business center. This position is the stepping-stone to developing relationships with local clients by prospecting and cold calling to uncover their specific staffing needs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities- Generate sales leads and work within the Yoh Model- Develop relationships and grow them into clientsKNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:- In depth engineering industry knowledge- Strong communication and organizational skills in order to maintain a level of activity which includes qualifying prospects, scheduling client meetings, pipelining qualified candidates, and generating revenue- Successful completion of background screening processOur Engineering office recruits for:- Mechanical Engineers, designers and drafters- Electrical Engineers, Designers and drafters- Civil/Structural Engineers, designers, drafters- Petrochemical Engineers- Engineers within our Global Pharmaceutical clients- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Sales, or related fields.- 2+ years of staffing sales experience- Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and client presentations within a professional business-to-business sales organization- Experience selling engineering staffing solutionsBenefits:Benefits include: medical, dental, life, long and short term disability, tuition assistance, paid holiday, personal and vacation time and continued growth opportunity.
