45,000.00 - 89,000.00 USD /year Job Category: Marketing/Product Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Location: US-CA-Hollywood Status: Full Time, Employee Relevant Work Experience: 5+ to 7 Years Job Description ACCOUNT MANAGER Responsible for direct sales, marketing and technical assistance of Entertainment Imaging products through the establishment and maintenance of business relationships and value-added services within the commercial segment, including commercial production companies, advertising agencies and advertisers. Must be able to prospect new business opportunities to expand film sales through OM and digital conversion & new customers. Responsible for future sales of hybrid products and services. Must be knowledgeable in film and digital systems, production through post production. Work closely with management in formulating annual plan related to establishment of territory goals, budgets, identification of critical action steps needed and associated timelines. Tracks/reports on current trends. Work toward accomplishment of goals related to revenue, average price, cost to sell, EFO, estimating accuracy, customer satisfaction and loyalty, market share and image share. Must possess strong communication skills (external & internal) for leveraging business results and opportunities across EI worldwide Good negotiation skills are required. Plans/organizes territory goals, actions, budgets, sales estimates and timelines with a tailored approach, working with Management for input into the Annual Commitment Plan (ACP) and Market Attack Plan (MAP) for Commercials. Participate in customer presentations, seminars and major trade shows with responsibility for trade test, trade trials, customer assessments and product launches. Provide extensive technical assistance and troubleshooting. Skills/Abilities: Very good planning, organizing, consultative selling & negotiation skills Ability to analyze fairly complex business data and develop innovative solutions, willingness to continuously learn new technologies and related applications Excellent verbal/nonverbal, written, interpersonal & presentation skills Strong customer, quality, detail and results orientation Ability to interact effectively at all levels across departments/diverse cultures Ability to be an effective member of project teams- Entrepreneurial spirit & willingness to take prudent risks Ability to anticipate & adapt to continuous change as the industry, business climate & organization evolves Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously Able to develop relationships quickly, yet with trust, to create strong customer satisfaction and loyalty Self motivated and able to work independently Minimum Qualifications: Equivalent of Bachelors Degree and 2+ years progressively related, responsible sales experience. Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in the areas of marketing/business and product development, sales, customer intimacy & creative side of business. Knowledge of industry, film and post production and motion picture market in the area of television. Needs to be regarded as the expert in imaging. Excellent computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database, Internet, Imaging Software) skills.
