Accounts Receivable Specialist

An Entertainment Company located in Bergen County, New Jersey is searching for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with responsibilities as follows:

 

- Prepare checks for bank deposits

- Manage vendor relations and handle all discrepancies

- Handle all account reconciliation

- Cash applications

- Generate reports with the anticipated monthly returns

- Handle special projects and reports dealing with accounts receivable

- Generate time and expense report on a monthly basis

- Reconcile cash available after petty cash payoffs

- Report the total amount of write off and billed on account figures

 

Qualified candidates will possess:

- 1+ years of experience

- Oracle experience a plus

- Knowledge of general accounting concepts

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Good communications, organization and analytical skills

 

The total compensation range for this opportunity is $45,000 to $50,000 with excellent benefits (medical, dental,) and 401k with match.
