To learn more about Mosaic, visit our website at: www.mosaic.com  Mosaic is the industry's leading national field marketing company.  We are currently seeking an outstanding individual for the position of Brand Champion / Account Executive.  Based out of our company headquarters, located in Irving, TX (near Dallas) and reporting to the Brand Manager, this individual will be responsible for developing and supporting a positive relationship between the internal Mosaic team and the external client teams.  The result will be driving sales of our clients' products at the retail level, providing insights into the industry, as well as helping to further establish a good business relationship with Mosaic. At Mosaic we provide people, technology, and analytics to support the sales and marketing of world-class brands that you know and use every day.  Our clients are fortune 500 companies with high expectations and forward-thinking philosophies.  Together as a TEAM we deliver for them every day.  Mosaic is a fun, fast-paced, exciting work environment that provides great company benefits to its valued employees and follows a philosophy of promoting within whenever possible. BRAND CHAMPION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - This is a client management role - position is responsible for all client service issues - Coordinate all new initiatives - integrate individual personality / style into the business - Lead all relevant meetings and work on further developing the relationship with external client teams - Organize and lead monthly strategy meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews - Handle the coordination and execution of all client-specific initiatives, coordinate client-specific reporting, etc. - Provide insightful analysis and recommendations as to the client's business and product performance within the designated retail channel - Work collaboratively with Mosaic's internal client account team to develop account plans and strategies - Responsible for all client service issues - Respond to and resolve issues in a timely manner, balancing customer satisfaction, quality, and relevance - Manage the communication of client expectations with internal account team- Office out of the company headquarters in Irving, TX (Dallas area) - Travel - 25% REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, and six or more years management experience in a retail/merchandising/marketing environment -OR- Any similar combination of education and experience  - Proven success in senior level client relationship development and management / agency experience in a client management role preferred - Previous retail background - preferably at executive / buyer level   - Project management experience, and prioritization of tasks  - Experience giving executive presentations - Previous budget / P&L experience is a plus - Media background;
