Based out of our company headquarters, located in Irving, TX (near Dallas) and reporting to the Brand Manager, this individual will be responsible for developing and supporting a positive relationship between the internal Mosaic team and the external client teams. The result will be driving sales of our clients' products at the retail level, providing insights into the industry, as well as helping to further establish a good business relationship with Mosaic. BRAND CHAMPION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - This is a client management role - position is responsible for all client service issues - Coordinate all new initiatives - integrate individual personality / style into the business - Lead all relevant meetings and work on further developing the relationship with external client teams - Organize and lead monthly strategy meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews - Handle the coordination and execution of all client-specific initiatives, coordinate client-specific reporting, etc. - Provide insightful analysis and recommendations as to the client's business and product performance within the designated retail channel - Work collaboratively with Mosaic's internal client account team to develop account plans and strategies - Responsible for all client service issues - Respond to and resolve issues in a timely manner, balancing customer satisfaction, quality, and relevance - Manage the communication of client expectations with internal account team- Office out of the company headquarters in Irving, TX (Dallas area) - Travel - 25% REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, and six or more years management experience in a retail/merchandising/marketing environment -OR- Any similar combination of education and experience - Proven success in senior level client relationship development and management / agency experience in a client management role preferred - Previous retail background - preferably at executive / buyer level - Project management experience, and prioritization of tasks - Experience giving executive presentations - Previous budget / P&L experience is a plus - Media background; experience working with studios a big plusGENERAL REQUIREMENTS - Strong analytical skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple demands - Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the client - Professional attitude and strong leadership skills - Outstanding organizational skills - attention to detail - Strong verbal communication and executive presentation skills - Must be able to office out of Irving, TX - 25% Travel requiredTECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED - Must have an advanced / expert understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook - 24 hour / 7 day a week broadband internet home / office connectivity required About Our Company: Mosaic is the industry's leading national field marketing company specializing in developing and executing field marketing events, sales/merchandising services and retail promotions for Fortune 500 clients.
