Conference Room Sales Manager

Office Evolution is a fast-growing executive suites/virtual office company with 14 business centers across the Front Range, including 40 conference and training rooms.



This position is responsible for the increase of revenue driven by sales of non-member usage of conference and training rooms enterprise-wide.  The position will be based in Lone Tree, but will drive conference room and training room usage through relationship-based sales and account management.



Outside Sales

1. The primary responsibility of this position is lead generation through cold calls, e-mail campaigns, and direct mail.

2. Account management using the existing database of non-member conference room users.

3. Attend some networking events as needed to generate leads.

Management of Lone Tree Conference Center

1. Communicate with clients about specific event needs such as catering, AV Equipment, etc.

2. Responsible for set-up of each training room to customer specifications (classroom style, square set-up, etc.)

3. Sell to walk-up clients looking for more information about conference room usage.

Customer Service

1. Ensure that clients are properly billed and receive receipts on the day requested.

2. Make follow-up calls after conference room usage to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Complete reservations in the system to prevent double-bookings
