Cork & Keg International Wine Cellar of Southbury is seeking the right individual with experience in the wine, beer, spirits and food industry.  Exceptional, planning; marketing and organizational skills to conceptualize develop and bring to completion events related to the Cork & Keg International Wine business. Such as but not limited to:

 

In store & customer in home tastings

Wine/Beer Dinners (Monthly or Quarterly)

Annual wine trips & tours, utilizing our travel partners

Annual summer wine event

Wine Education Classes

Community  Events & Benefits

Corporate Events

Holiday & Seasonal Events, i.e., October fest, Christmas, Valentines Day etc.

Closed Store Events

Grow our personalized label business i.e.:

o  Event favors and gifts for any occasion

Further develop our Corporate Appreciation Program

Develop Personal Shopper Program

Beverage Planning  & Tastings such as but not limited to: 

o  Weddings,Receptions, Bridal parties, Christenings, Anniversary Dinners, Yard parties, Corporate Picnics & events, Theme events, Birthday events, Community Social events & benefits.

Off site promotions, selling the Cork & Keg international Services:

o  Beverage planning, personalized labels, personal shopper, preferred shopper card, gift cards, wine tastings, wine dinners, wine education, seasonal events etc.

On occasion be available to offer assistance in store business.

 

The right individual MUST be  an OUT OF THE BOX CREATIVE THINKER, capable of producing measurable results, highly organized, able to work independently with minimal direction, intermediate computer skills, capable of working with in budget parameters, personal, friendly with an overall neat and professional appearance.

 

Success will be measured in monthly goals and a calendar of pre-determined planned events that are successfully completed with a pre-determined profit margin obtained by event and month.
