Ticketmaster is headquartered in West Hollywood, California. Role:Ticketmaster is currently sourcing for a Documentation Specialist to support our Phoenix offices.  This is a contract position.   Specific Responsibilities Include: The Documentation Specialist position is responsible for producing accurate and detailed application documentation for Ticketmaster’s proprietary systems. You’ll interview software developers to gather information, coordinate meetings with published actions and minutes, and develop quality content for required documentation products. Products include installation guides, user guides, online help, troubleshooting guides and FAQ’s for both internal users and clients.  Also, you’ll create and maintain Help Files for applications; create and maintain custom application catalogs; prepare graphics and text for publishing end user guides; take meticulous notes during conference calls, meetings and publish upon corporate intranet.   Requirements:The successful candidate will have at least 3+ years experience in a technical environment. Excellent written/oral communication skills, time management and organizational skills, strong self-initiative and flexibility are a must. A solid knowledge of Visio, RoboHelp, Word and familiarity with other Microsoft Office Tools is required.  Samples of technical writing should be provided.  Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.
