JOB DESCRIPTION

 

POSITION: Electrician

 

DEPARTMENT:  Engineering

REPORTS TO:  Lead Engineer

STATUS:  Non-exempt

 



 

SUMMARY:  Perform all work necessary for the completion of work orders and maintenance plans.  Relating to the electrical department.  Perform the necessary duties relating to game day engineering personnel.

 



 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·  Installation of electrical system – pipes, wiring, motors, lights, etc.  To be installed to top

  quality workmanship.

·  Conducts general maintenance repairs.

·  Assists supervisor with maintenance and repairs of all electrical systems.

·  Assists with game day engineer's duties.

·  Assists with Stadium conversions.

·  Other related duties as assigned.

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

·  Basic electrical theory.

·  Journeyman certification required

·  High School diploma.

·  Four years experience as an Electrician.

·  High voltage – 120 to 480 volts. 

·  Equipment/electrical installation.

·  Electrical problem solving experience.

·  Guest services skills.

·  No fear of heights.

·  The ability to communicate with and understand instructions from immediate supervisor

and Stadium management.

·  The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

·  The ability to maneuver through the Stadium.

·  Ability to climb, crawl, kneel, squat, bend, and extend arms and legs fully.
