Employment Specialist

Assists in organizing the Casino personnel office in compliance with Tribal-State Compact policies and procedures.  Assists in the hiring process for new employees by conducting interviews for assigned departments within casino.

 High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredAssociates degree in business or related field required.  Two years Human Resources experience required, with at least one year experience conducting interviewsHuman Resources experience in Indian Gaming preferred.Must have good organizational skills and interpersonal skills.Must be proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software and be familiar with an HRIS program.

 

Manual and finger dexterity for operation of personal computer, office equipment and routine paperwork.  Must be able to tolerate a smoke-filled environment.
