Executive Secretary to VP Sales Strategy Operations

Reporting to the VP of Sales Strategy and Operations in International TV, the ideal candidate would be able to work in a team environment, handle a very busy phone line, and assist with daily office functions (e.g. heavy written/verbal correspondence, copying and filing). You will be responsible for expense reports, travel arrangements, calendar planning and back up phone coverage for the President as well as the EVP of Int'l TV.  Special projects may include providing assistance with deal entry support; maintaining start/change orders deal administration; coordination of all deal submission logs with international sales offices; Provide IS systems support and generate sales reports utilizing various database systems.  Additionally, this position will handle sales administration coordination with all foreign sales offices (Canada, London, Rome, Paris, Miami, NY, Tokyo and Sydney).  To qualify, you must be highly organized, have the ability to multi-task, and have excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Systems Database skills.  Attention to detail (including good spelling, grammar and proofing skills) and initiative to prioritize work and juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment are a must.  College degree and previous work experience using analytical skills is preferred.  Foreign language skills helpful.
