Zio’s Italian Restaurant Front of House & Kitchen Management Opportunities!!!


Zio’s Italian Kitchen is a fast paced, high volume, casual dining restaurant concept serving authentic Italian cuisine in a comfortable, open-kitchen setting.

We are currently seeking a Front of the House Manager and Kitchen Manager for our Albuquerque` location. In these positions you will assist and report to the General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and a quality work environment. If you deliver a passion for service and a love for food, we will deliver an active, fun environment, where the employees work together.

Requirements:
Interested candidates must possess the following capabilities: Minimum of 2 years Restaurant Management experience Prefer experience in a full service kitchen where recipes are perfected from scratch Guest Focused Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team, with infrequent direction High School diploma (or equivalent) required, college degree preferred. Foodservice Management Professional certification a plus



Specific Job Duties

Controlling: Maintains a high food quality, facility and service standard Oversees order processing to ensure that all menu items are prepared, portioned and presented properly Ensures compliance of employees with established policies and procedures Assists in taking inventory and ordering merchandise to maintain sufficient supplies Meets operational goals of assigned areas


Leadership: Maintains open management and employee communication Performs/assists all functions of subordinate positions as required Projects a professional leadership image Performs all additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned and as outlined for each management area of responsibility (i.e. Beverage, Sales, Catering)
