Field Service Technician II

Job Summary Perform required duties of a WMS Field Service Technician including the servicing, installing, converting, upgrading and preventative maintenance of all WMS games 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. Must be a self-starting individual, capable of using common sense and the ability to respond well under pressure. Must communicate/interface well with co-workers and supervisory personnel. Must be able to have means to travel at short notice or on call. Must be motivated, multi-tasked, self-starter as well as team player. Qualifications Required Experience Minimum 1 year experience as a Slot/Video Technician. Must have valid current driver’s license, a clean driving record and be able to obtain a commercial driver license (CDL) when needed. Must be able to obtain or already be licensed by local gaming regulators. Skills and Abilities Lifting or moving objects up to 100 pounds. Required to reach, kneel, stoop, climb or balance. Ability to troubleshoot minor to major electrical devices. Ability to communicate well with a variety of individuals, such as the customer,coworkers, supervisory personnel, and sales representatives. Ability to drive long distances as required. Ability to troubleshoot and change out components on all WMS Gaming products up to the board level. Complete knowledge of Jumper settings for the different jurisdictions. Ability to troubleshoot and clear basic game tilts, "RAM" clear CPU boards. Ability to convert games to different themes and different denominations. Ability to do a complete visual check and assess wear on parts. Responsibilities Successfully complete all required paperwork for each task/job. Service all WMS slot/video games. Install all WMS slot/video games. Train casino & WMS technicians as required. Communicate with WMS employees & customers on a professional level. On call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.
