Financial Analyst

Position Description:

Job Description- Prepare cash deposits.- Process and analyze monthly foreign subsidiaries and sub-distributors financials.- Prepare and distribute Auditor confirmations for assigned territories.- Prepare sub-distributor Minimum Guarantee invoices.- Timely clear suspense balances for the assigned territories.- Prepare cash clearing reconciliations for assigned territories.- Prepare monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations.- Prepare quarterly required reports for the Studio.- Prepare actual Cash Flow w/ by-title variance explanation.- Analyze and explain overhead variances between actuals, budgets and forecasts for International Theatrical.- Respond to management and territory requests in a timely manner.- Ad hoc projects as needed.Requirement- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance- Strong Excel and Communication skills required- Previous Entertainment Experience preferred- PeopleSoft and/or Enterprise One experience preferred- Candidate must be analytical, a team player, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and able to work independently
