Financial Reporting Manager

Q&A has joined with a locally based, international company in the restaurant/entertainment industry in search of a Financial Reporting Manager.  With over a 30 year history, the company is stable, profitable, and is growing quickly!  Just as the company’s business model focuses on bringing families together in a fun environment, the corporate office offers a friendly, family oriented culture.  The successful applicant can expect to gain valuable SEC experience and also enjoy a fantastic work/life balance. Outside of quarter close where a minimal amount of overtime may be necessary, this will be a 40 hour week job.  In addition, the Financial Reporting Manager position is a highly visible role within the company; the candidate will be working with the Sr. Executives of the company on a regular basis.   The Financial Reporting Manager will ensure that preparation of the Company's SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q and Earnings Release) are accurate and complete. This position will ensure that independent auditors have timely access to accounting records and schedules for their quarterly reviews and audit.
