Food and Beverage Manager

Join the team of Andy B's Riverlanes, Tulsa's newest and most innovative entertainment venue.  We are currently seeking an Experienced Food & Beverage Manager.

Job Purpose:
Provides food and beverage services by overseeing restaurant/grill, bar, and banquet operations.

Duties:
* Maintains food and beverage ambiance and service by instilling a"guest service" and a "can do" attitude among staff; coaching employeesto provide "world famous" customer service

* Directs food and beverage services organizational strategies bycontributing information, analysis, and recommendations to functionalstrategic thinking and direction.

* Directs food and beverage services operational strategies byanalyzing trends; preparing critical measurements; developing the foodand beverage business plan; addressing customers, associates, andmarkets with the management team; implementing production,productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designingsystems; resolving problems; implementing change.

* Implements food and beverage financial strategies by anticipatingrequirements, trends, and variances; developing budgets and actionplans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions;minimizing the impact of variances.

*Reviewis potential food and beverage menus; evaluating past popularityof menu options; anticipating food and beverage consumption andestimating cost of ingredients; minimizing waste; approving orders withsuppliers

* Controls food and beverage costs by reviewing and evaluating usage reports; analyzing variances; taking corrective actions.

* Keeps food and beverage service equipment operating by enforcingadherence to operating instructions; evaluating the troubleshooting ofbreakdowns; analyzing equipment supplies and expense; monitoring theperformance of preventive maintenance; researching, evaluating, andpurchasing new equipment.

* Maintains safe, secure, legal, and healthy work environment byestablishing, following, and enforcing sanitation and quality of foodand beverage preparation and service standards and procedures;monitoring conformance to the regulations of the alcoholic beveragecommission; enforcing sanitation and legal regulations of all kitchens,bars, and service areas.

* Identifies current and future customer service requirements byestablishing rapport with potential and actual customers and otherpersons in a position to understand service requirements.

* Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating and resolving complaints about food and beverage quality and/or service.

*Knowledge of various POS systems including Micros would be beneficial, but not required
