The Head of Strategic Partnerships will manage the strategic partnerships team, which is responsible for maintaining excellent partner relations and driving revenue and customer acquisition from our partnerships. Responsible for meeting partnerships P/L goals, including revenue, new customer, and cost targets. Strategize and develop promotions and media campaigns for our strategic partners; advise on Internet best practices and the value the Snapfish can provide. Ensure all partners are being effectively managed. Supervise, train, and mentor the Strategic Partnership Managers. Directly manage select number of strategic partnerships. Set revenue and new customer goals for each strategic partnership and each Strategic Partnership Marketing Manager. Ensure campaign results with the various partners are tracked and analyzed against success metrics and that the learnings are leveraged. Determine which projects and partnerships require partner site customization, and oversee price and scope negotiations. Partner with business development in looking at prospective partners to assess strategic fit, revenue potential, and key partnership objectives. 10+ years of experience that includes account management, Internet marketing, or related experience. Proven experience in managing projects and working with a business development team. Proven client-management/partnership experience with mid- to senior-level clients in Fortune 500 companies. Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable making presentations to a group. Ability to think strategically while managing details. Strong interpersonal skills, both working internally as part of a team and working with clients. Energetic, intelligent, organized, detail-oriented, and creative approach.
