Licensing Coordinator!!

Description:

The Licensing Coordinator will support the Director of Licensing and Retail with the following duties necessary to operate the Merchandising department. These responsibilities include, but not be limited to: develop licensing prospect lists, prepare and disseminate sales materials to prospective licensees, coordinate art, logos and other materials needed by licensees to create their products and ensure they are sent in a timely fashion, log product approval process, and coordinate trade show arrangements, including booth display and tradeshow appointments. Support the MSG Collectibles business, prepare on-site auction forms, inventory new product in EATEC system, coordinate arrival of new product in a timely fashion, track auction results and sales data in Excel spreadsheet. Schedule retail appointments with retailers and specialty sales accounts, prepare materials for meetings and participate in special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have one or more years of licensing or retail experience with a BA or equivalent retail degree. Will have the ability to coordinate and control numerous tasks in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail. Will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be knowledgeable in basic retail terminology, mathematics and retail practices. Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
