Company Description: Amazing Jake's is a fast paced family entertainment restaurant concept that is seeking a dynamic individual to manage entertainment operations.  Our facility is a 90,000 square foot, indoor center.  Attractions include go karts, laser tag, rock climbing wall, miniature golf, bumper cars, kiddie rides and an arcade center. Experience in a family entertainment center is preferred but not required.

Job Purpose:

Pleases customers by providing an overall excellent guest experience.

Duties:

* Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

* Achieves operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

* Meets financial objectives with a focus on labor.

* Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations; securing revenues;

* Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
