The Company:Ticketmaster is the world's leading ticketing company, providing ticket sales and distribution through www.ticketmaster.com, one of the largest e-commerce sites on the Internet; approximately 6,500 retail Ticket Center outlets; 19 worldwide telephone call centers; and a broad online and offline marketing network.  Celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2006, Ticketmaster serves more than 9,000 clients worldwide across multiple event categories, providing exclusive ticketing services for hundreds of leading arenas, stadiums, performing arts venues, museums, and theaters, and sold 119 million tickets valued at $6 billion in 2005.  Ticketmaster is headquartered in West Hollywood, California and is an operating business of IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI). Key Responsibilities· Manage aspects of the financial planning and analysis function.  Provide financial and analytical support for the Director and other Sr. Management. · Build strong alliances with other departmental managers (division controllers, corporate finance team, and business managers) in order to effectively communicate priorities and areas of financial opportunity, and ensure company-wide initiatives are properly addressed.· Assist in the company-wide annual plan, including business unit deliverables, consolidation process and presentation to senior team.  Identify and coordinate follow-up requirements, as well as management review meetings. · Support the financial forecast updates, including, Free Cashflow modeling and maintain a close understanding of business risks and opportunities.· Manage company-wide management reporting.  Develop financial summaries, analysis of business unit results, initiate enhancements and quality improvements to ensure the process provides the senior team with a tool to better understand the key financial and business metrics.· Coordinate and assist in the development and modeling efforts associated with the company’s rolling long range strategic plan.· Prepare financial presentations.  · Lead and participate in business process improvement efforts and assist in implementation of Hyperion Planning/Equivalent Module.· Support the financial closing process including flash earnings estimates of expected company-wide performance, as well as an array of ad-hoc financial analysis.· Supervise one Senior Financial Analyst. Knowledge and Skill requirements· High energy, flexible, results oriented self starter that can quickly assume responsibility for function.· 5+ years of relevant work experience, including expertise in corporate financial planning and analysis.· Demonstrated ability to manage company-wide management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.· Excellent communication skills, comfortable interfacing with all levels of management.  Effective at summarizing financial information.· Solid analytical and reasoning abilities.  · Bachelor’s degree (MBA and CPA preferred).· Advanced skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint required. · Hyperion Enterprise or Hyperion Planning/Pillar a plus. Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.
