Manager for Spare and Repair Parts

Position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Spare & Repair Parts business, to include material planning, purchasing, inventory control, and operational planning. Initial effort will require establishing controls on the largely unmanaged spares orders process. Improve the cost, quality and service of our processes and bring the workload associated with spares in line with their value to the business.  -Manage the use of resources for successful accomplishment of program goals-Coordinate activities between functional departments.-Improve responsiveness and on-time delivery. -Monitor financial performance-Conduct briefings meetings for internal representatives. -Develop and maintain metrics to report the efficiencies achieved.-Will be responsible for developing internal processes supporting the Kiosks Support Services activities.

 

5+ years experience in Program Management, Business, or Operations in a related industry.Experience managing the supply chain functions in a mechanical environment2-3 years experience working within an ERP environment.Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point). Innovative self-starter capable of working with minimum supervisionDemonstrated successful performance in the leadership of diverse disciplines, particularly without direct authority.Strong communication and team skills essentialWilling to work overtime to meet critical program schedules
