PSS Sales Coordinator

Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Premium Seats on all aspects of the Premium Seats program.

ResponsibilitiesAssist the Director of Sales of Premium Seat SalesManage client requests for additional ticket purchasesAssist in monthly processing of PSS sales reportsConduct cold calls, prospecting for new clientsMaintain client e-mail database and facilitate regular e-mail updates to existing clientsInterface with VIP club staff-including catering staff and seasonal event staff working the clubPerforms additional duties assigned by Director of Sales of Premium SeatsPrepare NDW and contracts for all premium seats soldAssist with training the seasonal VIP staff for the club and the boxes.

 

QualificationsTwo year administrative degree preferredTwo plus years experience in an administrative position, preferably in a customer service related organization/divisionExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExperience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
