Title: Party Central Manager

Job Responsibilities:Meet and exceed revenue goals by effectively administrating the selling process for Birthday Parties to include prospecting new business, Birthday Club follow-up and other marketing initiatives required to develop new business. Manage, schedule, train and motivate department staff. Coordinate and schedule internal Birthday Party schedules and details to internal departments to ensure Client satisfaction and retention. Participate in Marketing Events. Commit to the hours and effort needed to move on to the next level. Ability to travel off-site to reach and develop sales opportunities. Available to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications:1-2 years of Direct Sales experience in a Children's Environment (Summer Camp, After School Program, Party Hostess, Special Events Planner etc.). Experience in the Entertainment Industry is a PLUS to manage in-house Birthday Party Sales and Reservations. Managing and motivating a large team of Party Personnel. Event coordination and/or planning. Associate Degree: Business or related field preferred but not required. Own transportation, this position requires light travel. Demonstrated sales history.

Specific Skills Required:Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel and Word. Knowledge of contract management software. Basic accounting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, detail oriented, and strategic thinker.

Salary: Base compensation (depending on experience) + commission structure
