Payroll Specialist - Coors Field, Denver, Colorado

 The Stadiums and Arenas division is a $1Billion business within ARAMARK Sports & Entertainment serves more than 148 premier sports stadiums, arenas and concert venues, including the home venues of 13 Major League Baseball teams and 10 National Football League teams.  ARAMARK offers stadium and arena owners a single source provider for concessions, event planning, premium dining needs and catering, on-site restaurants, retail merchandise sales and facilities management. ARAMARK Sports & Entertainment has hosted some of the biggest events in sports including the World Series, the Super Bowl, the NBA Finals, the NCAA Final Four, the NBA All-Star Game and the Stanley Cup Finals, focusing on creating the ultimate fan experience.    We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist for the ARAMARK operation at Coors Field.  Candidate will be responsible for full range of payroll processing activities, including establishing, maintaining and terminating employee payroll records. Will ensure all payroll functions are completed for payroll processing and balancing payroll. Maintain high standards in quality and customer service in a positive and professional manner. Working with payroll exceeding 1,000 employees and multi-site tax jurisdiction. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years experience in payroll processing, excellent computer skills and ability to multi task.  Must be well versed in all legal aspects of payroll, taxes, and garnishments.  Must be able to successfully execute responsibilities that include weekly payroll, data entry, salary/rate adjustments, tip reporting, vacation tracking, payroll reports, file maintenance and the distribution of weekly payroll.  This is an HOURLY position with a full time, year round schedule that includes benefits.
