Presentation Specialist

Ticketmaster is headquartered in West Hollywood, California. Role:Ticketmaster is currently looking for a Presentation Specialist to join a progressive, high-energy design team in their West Hollywood headquarters.  Individual must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with design team members, other departments and executives. Must be resourceful and able to understand the full breadth of how the company operates. Individual must be a creative thinker, detail-oriented, confident and able to express ideas in an articulate, well thought-out manner. Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines is a must.  Organization skills and the ability to work quickly are keys to success in the fast paced environment. Specific Responsibilities Include: ·  The creation, management and maintenance of high level presentation materials for large clients and partners·  Build, maintain, and manage a database of presentation templates·  Work cross functionally with multiple departments to gather information and develop concepts to support the business purpose for each presentation·  Collaborate with senior level executives in creating and defining presentations that best meet their business goals and objectives Requirements/Preferences:·  Minimum 3-4 years experience·  Design skills are a major plus·  Knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote and Photoshop required·  Experience designing high level presentations for large clients preferred·  Project management experience preferred·  eCommerce experience preferred but not required·  Macintosh OS X proficiency preferred but not required·  BA highly preferred   Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.
