Project Coordinator

Feld Entertainment, Inc., the world’s largest producer of live family entertainment is searching for a Project Coordinator to work at our world headquarters in Vienna, VA. This person will audit paperwork coming from the units and review reports. Develop a spreadsheet to monitor specific costs by unit. Obtain current training manuals used and work with the Director to update them for the next touring season. Other duties include advertising, overhead reports, price changes, and other duties assigned by the Director.

Requirements include but are not limited to, general and administrative research functions. Strong communication and team work skills. The ability to travel when needed is a must.
