Red Lobster is Interviewing Servers!! Our hourly team is what keeps Red Lobster rolling. In the Red Lobster kitchen, or heart of the house, we prepare the fresh seafood everybody loves, but we also add plenty of magic to the mix. And it takes a strong, energetic guest services team to keep that seafood front and center — and make sure every welcome customer stays happy and comfortable every time they return.

Health Coverage Employees can opt for Day-One Medical, Dental, Life and Disability Coverage. There are three plans to choose from. After one year the standard group program offers more comprehensive coverage.

Disability Insurance For a reasonable premium, you can get disability insurance that pays you a weekly benefit for up to 52 weeks if you're hurt or sick. (Not available in California, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island because those states provide their own disability insurance.)

Life Insurance You can also get up to $20,000 in term life insurance and another $20,000 in matching Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage.
