Sr. HR Administrator

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Sr. Hr Administrator for the HR Executive & Staff Group department. Position completes Salary justifications for prospective offers, promotions and adjustments up to Director level. Responsible for reviewing background check discrepancies if applicable and works with recruitment and candidate on resolutions where possible. Liaises with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to resolve recruitment issues. Opens recruitment requisitions in HRDD and ensures position is posted on job site. Reviews and approves offer letters and TADs for Recruitment Coordinators. Ensures candidates are registered for Orientation. Process new Hire documents and HRDD hire/transfer/promotion transactions when necessary. Processes all Domestic PeopleSoft transactions through HRDD including promotions, transfers, pay adjustments, PSC input etc. Audit PS to ensure correct information has been input/corrections processed. Run and distribute monthly reports & Ad/Hoc reports to divisional & HR management as needed. Administers position management for all Corporate Groups, International Executive and Theme Parks. Administers the Domestic performance review programs, such as the Introductory Performance Appraisal (IPA) and Performance Planning Review (PPR) processes. Reviews submitted forms to ensure ratings/comments in line with HR standards; discusses issues with VP or HR Director. Maintains Divisions global organization charts and headcount reports on a monthly basis. Helps to resolve position management issues with International HR reps for Corporate Groups. Assists VP in preparing Add/Offset requests. Acquires approvals for offset requests through Compensation. Monitors overhead data maintained in PeopleSoft and Extra. Researches and analyzes discrepancies regarding headcount, title, employee status, etc., and takes appropriate corrective action. Liaises with Compensation Reps on issues. Oversees temp process and usage; ensures information in domestic temp reporting system is accurate. Analyzes temp cost reports for accuracy and variance from year to year and month to month. Distributes temp reports to divisional management. Reviews temp requests to ensure justification ties with business needs, tracks temp cost. Provides extension and end date approval to Spherion. On-Payroll Temps: reviews background checks, prepares offer letters, coordinates completion of hire paperwork, hires into PS through HRDD. Administers termination processing: requesting final checks, scheduling and conducting exit interviews. As directed by VP or Director, creates & processes Separation/Layoff sheets and liaises with Legal & Employee Relations to get documents approved and agreements created, distributes agreements and maintains termination files with signed agreements & exit interview sheets. Partners with VP or Director on Departmental & Divisional reorganizations. Prepares proposed organization charts & assists with preparing job descriptions. Liaises with Compensation Representatives where appropriate. Processes approved changes for Burbank based divisions. Liaises with international HR staff to process approved changes in International territories. Partners with recruitment and hiring manager on HR administration of Legal and STARS interns. Troubleshoots payroll & check issues with Payroll. Administers Corporate American Express & Calling Card Programs for Divisions. Liaise & Troubleshoot with American Express for Emergency Issuance & Credit Limit Extensions. Supports VP HR with travel booking, expense reports, approval of direct reports expenses and travel authorizations, calendar scheduling and telephone screening.

Requirements
College degree or equivalent experience required. Human Resources Certification or HR coursework desirable but not essential. Minimum 3 years Human Resources administrative or related experience required. Experience of International environment desirable. Problem solving skills. Strong written and verbal skills. Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, HR Systems (PeopleSoft), Org Plus and Powerpoint. Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, in person and on the phone. Must have flexible and adaptable attitude to cope with fast changing and complex environment. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use confidential information appropriately. Must pay close attention to detail. Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively and effectively adapt to changing priorities. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
