Store Technician

The Store Technician (commonly known as the “Tech”) at an America’s

Incredible Pizza Company (AIPC) location has the critical responsibility to

oversee the maintenance and repairs of all our games and computer systems.

They oversee the daily operations of a multi-million dollar inventory of

equipment.

 

Skill requirements for this position include:

ü  Minimum of two years experience in the FEC industry as a game room technician.

ü  Enjoy responsibility and working with little direct supervision; ability to plan and organize the area

activities

ü  Ability to move supplies and equipment; requires being in good physical condition with good

ü  physical strength

ü  Possess patience and persistence in order to be a good trainer and coach when teaching

ü  employees

ü  Possess excellent planning, organizational and implementation skills

ü  Understand the high performance standards required at AIPC and hold employees accountable

to those same standards

ü  Working knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Word)

 

Technician Accountabilities

ü  Maintain and repair all games and attractions in the fairgrounds area in a fast and efficient

manner and, if possible, before the opening of business

ü  Ensure “Tech Office” is kept secured (locked), neat, clean and organized at all times

ü  Ensure that tools are kept neat, clean, and organized at all times

ü  Order and keep an appropriate inventory of spare parts for games and equipment to prevent

games from being down while waiting on parts; work with AIPC Corporate to set inventory

guidelines for your store.

ü  Maintain an accurate documented inventory of spare parts

ü  Possess a strong working knowledge of the AIPC POS and RCM (Ideal) software systems to

assist in troubleshooting problems when needed

ü  Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems in the store (with the expressed

approval of the Director of Information Technology); only provide IT support on site per the

direction and or approval of the Director of Information Technology.
