Job Purpose To provide on-site tehnical support and leadership to client in

 Job Roles and ResponsibilitiesDirect interface with client providing Executive support and VIP supportWork with client to develop and create technical Standard Operating Procedures for the execution and support successful meetingsProficient in the execution in all aspects of videoconferences including call setup, end user training, troubleshooting, and follows through on escalation of trouble issuesExecution of all aspects of videoconferences including call set up, end user training, troubleshooting and follow through on escaltion of trouble issuesConsultation and education to all levels of end users on visual communication technology and equipmentSupporting and assisting other departmental technical staff as directedTrain customers on process and proceduresTroubleshooting of AV and videoconferencing related technologyProvide advanced level of technical support to all on-site team staff as requiredStay current with emerging technologies and ensuring on-site team are trainied and certified as new technology is introducedResponsible for all aspects of in-room opertions, point to point, VTC bridge call lauching and presentation assistance

Skills and AbilitiesExtensive knowledge of H.320 and H.323 videoconferencing standardsAbility to cope and manage multiple visual communications projectsAbility to work face to face with customers on support issues Extensive experience working with IP and ISDN Network InfrastructureIn depth Audio/Visual knowledgeProficient in Microsoft Suite

Education & Qualifications3- 5 years experience in the A/V Videoconferencing fieldExtensive working experience with major videoconferencing equipment such as Codes from PictureTel, Polycom, Tandberg, VTEL, MCU and control systems from AccordA through understanding and knowledge of H.323 and H.320 networksExtensive experience working with IP and ISDN Network Infrastructure Experience with audio and video in an integrated video/audio conferencing environmentVortex certificationPolycom Certified Video Engineer a plusExtensive knowledge and hands on technical experience with projectors, plasmas and AV peripheral equipment
